Hi,

I need a key programmer to code r56 mini keys.

Ideally via OBD.   Is there any key programmer around the £200 mark that will do these keys?

CAS3+ I think??

OBD won't happen at that price point. But BDM with removed CAS might. CG-pro actually works great for making keys from dump, and I only paid $250 for mine.
I know the CAS is absolutely buried in the dash on Mini.
If you have a CAS3+ista-p, bricking is quite likely upon downgrade with the less expensive OBD tools like CGDI (~$600), and you are still going into the dash to UNBRICK the thing with BDM tool.
I only make keys with BDM tool for safety. I have decided not to mess with downgrade.
