These files are update when you have installed previous version of ISTA. Data can be updated with Ista launcher console. Here are threads about it. Try find info here on forum.

Did someone has a problem with installing of BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_de-DE_4.19.30.istapackage?
Always error when installing!!!

In order to install this you must have BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_de-DE_4.19.12 and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_de-DE_4.19.20 in your downloads directory. According to the log you don't have at least BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_de-DE_4.19.12 there.

But I install always and yes, I have read the log and that was funny for me too.
I'll try now with older files too.

It does not depend on what you have installed. The installation files must be in downloads up to full package. Same for both SDP and DATA.

i want to do fresh install and i need latest version as the car i want to work on is built aug 2019.

i can't find full install for 4.19.30 so i guess i install 4.18.xx and do update to 4.19.30 using these files.

Which version of IstaLauncherConsole you use? Not v1.2.2, or?
