Maybe i have question regarding west maps v16. I dont know really how exactly burn these map at disk because i tried lot of DVD dual layer but just sometimes it works for rns510. Do you use some special DVD or where can be problem ? Best choice was Verbatim DL 8x burned with speed 3x. But from 3 attempts works just one DVD.

also you cna use maostool to wirte via SD card if your rns510 does not supprt Dual layer dvd
