E90 2F49 Immobilizer
Hello to all on this forum. Im having a problem with an E90 328I. Lost keys locksmith made new key and no Issues with CAS no errors. Engine cranks no start. I ran ISTA and get the 2F49 "immobilizer anti tampering protection"
I have tried all sort of solution such as CAS DME alignment however the option is no there in INPA, or ISTA, DIS as if the car do not have this feature. Ive read that its EWS4 and only hand shaked with DME. Ive switched out CAS and DME with another set and car start fine but the DME is coded for AWD car 5 spped and all type of erros. I would like to solve my issue with the original CAS DME. Any help would be appreciated. |

There is no way to sync. When i go to the setting for sync using Inpa, dis, and ista it says something to the effect that this is not possible. I did battery reset nothing. I was told it needs autohex 2. Im baffled need someone to help me.
