Ask them / support to enable flash files folder.
You can install either. You decide. You Don’t need to flash to 0310 first in order to flash to 0350. You can flash to 0350 directly. If you like my post press

Q1. Who is not using original VCP.
Q2. Did you use a battery charger with stable voltage. Q3. Key fob inserted in the key area and powered in position 1 (Don’t use start button) Q4. Use correct firmware corresponding to hardware Q5. Make sure laptop does not enter sleep mode or cpu suspend state. I have latest VCP software and flashed radio concert B8.5 to 0480 and all was ok. Also long time ago had firmware 0310 and flashed to firmware 0350 again with VCP. If you like my post press

Have you tried 350 sw ? I tried with vcp ori, same problem starts and error.charger connected, only ignition turned on (position 1) unit same's like rs@chip H11 130SW, everyone says correct firmware 350 for my unit but I can't flash it... I will try flash 310 maybe that sw will flash. |

You may need to update gateway first to 0120 or 0121.

I did it, but VAS and ODIS E.
I uploaded sw480 and it worked for approx. It took 43 minutes. I used to do this VCP and I also had a crc error. If I helped,do not forget to press the
