UPA Write Protection Activation
 HelloI do not know if this is the right section to ask ---moderators and admins do me a favor  I wonder how you masters activate *WRITE PROTECTION* in an eeprom using UPA programmer.. I have been following threads on here. like on VWs .,where if write protection is not ON, the vehicle starts only once and enters security mode again,. can someone reply with pictures on how you do it? cant see the box you say you write 8c to activate protection.. do you activate before writing or after writing the file? can it work with other eeproms? like atmel, ,microwire, not only the SPI types? help a brother. i think this can be useful to others as well. best regards  |

In UPA USB programmer is write protect function for sure
