Hi,

my CPA's not working anymore.
The IC has been reflashed (software version itself) and I suspect that the function has not been available since then.

The warning light /!\ goes on at ignition, goes out at engine start.
No error message available in the memory.
Radar works according to Xentry perfectly (at least the actual values).

But: Under the menu assistant graphic the 2 vehicles are displayed with the exclamation mark and OFF. This appears after all lamps have gone out after engine start.

If one controls the warning lamp /!\, it does not go on, but the OFF disappears in the diagram.

SCN files are identical to those before the flash.

What could have happened here?

You have Vediamo, right?
When I return home I start the computer and give you the steps, it is silly to solve that problem.

Try Vediamo (FCW246 on my W176) the following activation routine, it was the solution to that same problem in my vehicle:

if u reflashed ur IC, then coding might be resetted, if u saved codings before flashing then compare it with actual coding

I'm glad! I already sweat mine when I lost my CPA after playing with the coding of the IC and, indeed everything was correct, there was no fault but it did not work.
