[solved] CPA is disabled after IC Flash
Hi,
my CPA's not working anymore. The IC has been reflashed (software version itself) and I suspect that the function has not been available since then. The warning light /!\ goes on at ignition, goes out at engine start. No error message available in the memory. Radar works according to Xentry perfectly (at least the actual values). But: Under the menu assistant graphic the 2 vehicles are displayed with the exclamation mark and OFF. This appears after all lamps have gone out after engine start. If one controls the warning lamp /!\, it does not go on, but the OFF disappears in the diagram. SCN files are identical to those before the flash. IC,CGW,CWF,SAMF/R What could have happened here? |

RE: CPA is disabled after IC Flash
You have Vediamo, right?
When I return home I start the computer and give you the steps, it is silly to solve that problem. |

RE: CPA is disabled after IC Flash
Try Vediamo (FCW246 on my W176) the following activation routine, it was the solution to that same problem in my vehicle:

RE: CPA is disabled after IC Flash
if u reflashed ur IC, then coding might be resetted, if u saved codings before flashing then compare it with actual coding

RE: [solved] CPA is disabled after IC Flash
I'm glad! I already sweat mine when I lost my CPA after playing with the coding of the IC and, indeed everything was correct, there was no fault but it did not work.
