Extract and copy to:

C:\Data\ so you have "C:\Data\psdzdata"

Or:

C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data_swi so you have "C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data_swi\psdzdata"

Did You explain, if i will use Ista 4.19.15 with this database, what registry values i must be change and for what? Win 7, 32 bit. Aditionally, can i link it to old (for example 3.30) Esys ?

I really have no idea what is you are asking.  The PSdZData is made available, mostly for E-Sys users, but possible for updating ISTA (Rheingold) as well, and I gave data locations for both above.  If you want to put only in the Rheingold location, you can use a windows Symbolic Link (MLINK) to link the E-Sys PSdZData folder to the Rheingold PSdZData folder.  I have no idea about making any Registry Edits, or why one would need to just to use newer data files.

Location setting is E-Sys is for the complete E-Sys Data folder, not the PSdZData Subfolder.

Can you make a tall calculation on esys 3.33 and use that tall in Esys 2.7.1 for flashing for example the FEM_BODY or HU_NBT with psdzdata 4.19.40?
