Customer has bought an BMW E93 M3 (2010) and on this car it's not possible to turn off DSC.
Not with the button in center console and also not with settings in idrive.

I know there is a coding option that can prevent turning off DSC:
DSC module - ABSCHALTBARKEIT_DSC
But this setting is aktiv.

What can be the problem? Are there more coding options?
DSC is working correctly, no faults in ISTA.

Look into the CIC for

"DSC_MENUE"
"DSC_OFF_CIC"

Both has to be set to "aktiv".

These are aktiv, because dsc off is shown in idrive. Selectable but doing nothing.

What is VIN of car. Was it a rental vehicle before? I remember that some E92's from f.e. SIXT did not allow DSC to be disabled.

It's an ECE car and not a rental before.
SIXT also not present in VO.

best way is to read the car with ISTA+ , check the VO list and see if there is something suspicious , if nothing abnormal then

1- try NCSexpert coding with expert profile : DSC - KOMBI - CIC and JBBF ,

if still not working
2- Flash DSC . and try again .
