Hello Guys,

I need your help please for a bmw f11 520D 2011 184HP

we have on this car make tuning dpf and egr but ecu was going damaged, so we have order the same ecu have cloning from the old ECU with the modified files and all was ok.

but after 200km coming on display random messages like drivetrain dsc and all other what he can show and car going off but it was possible to start again.

also we have drive the car and waiting for the errors to come and after driving 2 days maybe 20km car was going off and it was not possible to start again, he was starting for 5 seconds but going off and now he dont start...

also we have check with E-SYS and on the list was missing DDE and EKPS and other diagnostic the same you cannot enter to the 2 modules.

what is here going wrong what can we do next step ...

Try to use ISTA to diagnostic your car, and read errors.

i have all try and with old ecu too but the same problem

may bee checksum problem ? try write original not mod file..

yes try with original file, maybe the mod file don't work correctly and when ecu go interna check you have this problem, also recode all ecu of car

Maybee try this,

-Program all original files to DDE with ESYS.
-FA Code DDE
-Clear all adaptation values.
-Create new adaptation values.

In your case the best way is to program with ista p or with a Launch DDE and Check if it help
