I've got massive problems here. I had CanClip 1.76 but it just felt like there was a few things missing especially in terms of reprogramming the uch. Installed 1.85 and also backtracked to 1.76 but no matter how hard I try, RSRWin just will not run. And neither does CanClip now.

Using Windows 7 32 bit, so .net Framework is built in. Installed vcredist 2010 just in case.

Short of reinstalling Windows, not sure what to do.

No errors in event viewer. It just simply does not run.

After an uninstall I clear the hard drive and registry. But still no joy.

Any thoughts?

Install Win7x86 in a VM and clone it so often you need. In the cloned VM you can try a lot.
I installed Visual C++ 2005-2017 and .Net 4.8. CanClip was running

I think I may have the solution. RsrWin doesn't seem to re-run after it's already been registered. That includes if you do a version upgrade!
