Hi. I was wondering if someone could help. I have downloaded the above and installed each in the order stated. Rebooting the PC prior to running update 5.0. etc. I have successfully install all Elsa revisions and the database without error.

However when I run Elsa Administrator Service and Log In with Admin/Admin I get the following error message...

ELSA Administrationsdienst

Failed to connect to the DBAServer

When I attempt to run ElsaWin, I get the following error message.

ElsaWin

Hit an error!
Code = 80070424
Code meaning = The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
Source = null
Description = null

Any advice welcome.

I have just found out that after I install ElsaWin Update 5.0 this is when the errors begin.

What am I doing wrong?

This is 5 years too late - but I'm posting in case some one comes across this error

You need to restart the PC each time a version on ELSAWin finishes installing. For ex

Elsawin 4.0 - finish install - restart
Elsawin 4.1 - finish install - restart

and so on

Just ran across this issue today and following the above seems to solve it
