HI
A similar thing happened to us with the 320d e90, the tank pump was dirty and full of emery, we added a diesel filter with magnet after cleaning everything, for 2 months it continued to get dirty, cleaned the pipes and tank well. The owner had had the high pump replaced 6 months earlier. |

So it's a dflash problem imho, for some reason it is loosing the ima coding. Take a other compatible ecu, don't clone it, change only isn and flash correct sw with esys or ista. Reset variants and do ima coding. Test for issues.
