ISTA is asking a license again. Did some windows updates and installed multiecuscan on it. 

Can you reactivate it again please?

Is always nothing new in request, i can not make a new license. Problem is on your side, maybe installed Xentry?

after Windows Update, my Ista still not working and need a new key.
You can deleate the old one.
