still no luck: After entering the new license the NEXT-Button keeps grey. Then I deinstalled ISTA and did a regclean with reboot and installed again results in the same - no chance to press NEXT.

The w10-update was from version 1803 build 17134.1304 to version 20H2 build 19042.1503

Removed all Keys from
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI]
and
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BMWGroup\ISPI] ?

I don't know what wrong with your Windows, i'm use 21H1 without problem since multiple updates.

Hi, I do have same issue. My notebook updated windows and BIOS.
I entered the new license. It says sucessfull activated. after restart ista it keeps asking for license...
any idea?

Search error in system, not license. I don't know what certain users make wrong. Check rights, try adminrights, clean registry ......

I don't know which Windows version you use but i self never need new license!!!
