Since I had problems with Windows 11, I reinstalled it.
And ISTA I have now also installed new ones.
Could you create a new license for me.

I've got a PC on the latest Z690 chipset that gets BIOS updates almost every quarter 
Does the licence firmly binded to this information?

Sorry I didn't read the first post carefully that windows upgrade will change ISTA Key ( my mistake ).

After windows 10 to windows 11 upgrade , Ista asks for new licence.

Appreciate your support Sedoy and sorry for this mistake.
