When reinstalling Windows, I always disable updates before connecting to the Internet.

And that's what I've been doing for almost 20 years. Security is not compromised!
It's just that many people, like Bill Gates and Google services, are paranoid about security.
No one has yet broken into my computer and stolen any data for 20 years.
I see many of my friends have it turned on - automatically download and update Windows. Sometimes they tell me that when you turn on the computer, the computer starts updating and it takes a very long time, while the computer is urgently needed / open some documents, get information .. / After they turned off the updates on my advice, they are happy.

Please add request only as attached textfile, all other posts i ignore!

Its not a 24h service, don't spam me!

If license not working check your system with ISTA_SystemRequirements and post Screenshot. Maybe you must clean your system, all ISTA regkeys...
