Thank you @ Sedoy for the license key. 

A question to everybody... I entered the License key as supplied by MR Sedoy but the NEXT button is greyed out still and I cannot press it to activate the License key.

Does anybody have an idea what may be the problem or would some kind person please use Teamviewer to try to fix my problem as I have no idea on how to fix this.

I have now completed the Windows Activation but the problem remains, the NEXT button is still greyed out. 

Anybody can help me please.

Uninstall ISTA, clean registry and install ISTA again with my Installer, then request license.
