My ISTA asks after reinstallation for a new license. I think the request key is 100% the same, but when i enter the license i get here from @sedoy i cant press next or finish (its greyed out).
I checked also that all keys "license" in registry are removed.

Visual C++ up to -2022 in x86 and x64 are also installed and repaired.
