Bad patch. Put the 0635 fw on SD card and let it update. After that patch it right...

Why are you not listening?
Latest will not fix it (which is p0879, which also has no telnet enabled and which you also can not update on a regular way). So put 0635D on a SD and wait for emergency update screen and let it update. |

Rebooting said it to me. Such sudden emergency reboots are coming from bad patching in 99%. On delphi if you must ask questions like this, you allways stay in your sw train, meaning p06xx. You can patc the unit and update to p0890-p0891-p0876-p0879 but those are not inteded for your unit and you just recovered from emergency rebooting so let it be… |

Latest official available Firmware for that Unit is P0642D Also possible is P879D as @Kaiserstumm wrote correctly. But this will only possible with some tricks. But you should do Full SWDL with P0635D in that case to remove bad patch. If unit isn't patched you have Hardware problem I think |

You can flash P0891D with some Adjustments. I recommend to stay at 635d. Unless its really needing. In your case probaly not.
