Hi,

since all data is lost, does anybody have the manual for retrofitting Carplay to the Entrynav2 (enavevo) headunit via coding?

I didn‘t save the description before the forum was hacked.

what do you mean by manual?

1 plug the evo
2 plug the oabr cable
3 change evo vin to car vin
4 vo code evo
5 inject FSC

Solution how to activate Apple Carplay on Entrynav2.


1. Read ECU using E-Sys (launcher, esysx, esysplus)
2. Read Coding Data from HU_Entrynav2
3. Search for „LONGVIN”
4. Change werte to the VIN with active services
5. Save CAFD
6. Code FDL
7. Close E-Sys. Won’t be needed anymore.
8. Go to TOOL32
9. Load enavevo.prg
10. Click steuern_routine and choose provisioning in argument field, run job (F5).
11. Wait 1 minute
12. Click steuergerate_reset
13. Go to Media, Edit Mobile Devices, Add New Device.
14. CarPlay should appear there.
15. Put car to sleep (close it for at least 6 minutes)
16. Enjoy Apple Carplay on Entrynav2

1.Run E-sys to read ECU
2.Read out data from HU_Entrynav2
3.Search “LONGVIN”
4.Change “werte” to activated VIN - VIN must be converted to HEX and comma delimited
5.Save CAFD
6.Perform FDL coding on HU.
7.Exit E-sys
8.Run TOOL32
9.Load enavevo.prg
10.Click “steuern_routine” and select “Provisioning” in parameter, click OK then Press F5 to run job
11.Wait about 1 minute
12.Click “steuergerate-reset”
13.Select “Media”–>”Edit removable device”–>”Add new device”
14.Then you will find “CarPlay” option
15.Make your car keep on sleep model (turn off and lock car at least 6 minutes)
16.Now enjoy CarPlay feature on Entrynav2

Can you use any vin from all cars with Carplay, or must it be the same model.

Can you use any vin from all cars with Carplay, or must it be the same model.

It can be from any car with an active Carplay provisioning - used a VIN from a car with EVO on Entry Evo yesterday, no issues
