Busy with a Peugeot Boxer 2013.
Original part nr. 9691854780 SID208.
Found a Donor part 9676721380 SID208.

The original flash I cannot read cause the ecu is damaged.
Can some one help me to virginize the donor ECU?
And what I have to do after virginize the ecu?
Will this synchro by him self when I plug into the car?

you need a person with online access to tie him to the car. You can also install an emulator. There are still people who can disable immo without an emulator.
