Best tool for BMW cas programing
What is best tool for changing mileage in bmw cas2&cas3.?
I have r270 programer in blue plastic box but I'm scared to conect it because i read on forum that cas can be damaged whit it in some cases.
If you have suggestions plesae write.

Currently i am using an "AK300 key maker" for mileage correction.
This is working very well on BMW CAS2.
The documentation says that it also is able to write CAS3 but i did not tried it yet...

Ok.thanks but I'm looking for tool that working safe 100%.
Volavka member says that red box for cas 3 is working very well.
Is anyone more tested red box on cas 2 and cas3?

There is no 100% safe tools, even original tools can made damage, if you want to be professional and work without fear buy original tools. With oriingal tools you always have support from factory...

Well,you are not wrong,but what will the support do if an original tool kills the CAS,or another module?They may fix the bug afterwards,but you are on the hook to fix the damage,as always wink2
RED R260 clone has worked great so far for me,on CAS2,3 and Mercedes EZS.

R260 seams to be very old machine, I learned R270 can work. For me Digimaster 3 can work it very well, Ialso use it correct mileage for other more car models, I got it here
