Hi,

Got problem with Mini Cooper S.

Can't make immo off. 

When i read flash AM29F400BB with GQ4X i got completely other reading than with galetto.

I can't calculate cks.

when i push gq4x dump to ecuvonix and write it back with programmer i loose communication with ecu.

I write immo off dump based on galetto reading and still have communication but no start.

Problem with galetto he don't write all the area even he read it fully.

Any idea or support ?

By the way, lupu_sandu is right and you posted the wrong file above. It's clearly not read by GQ4X in contrast to the file you posted in the ChipTuning section. The file format read by boot-mode tools like Galletto is completely different from the file format read by an eeprom programmer like GQ4X.

Although there is actually no need to read it with programmer, Galletto supports EMS2k in boot mode (if you know where to look and how it works)

I tried to read with galetto V54 in boot mode but he said flash unknow.

Look like i need MPPS v18. Got v16 but he don't support (if i'm not wrong) that kind of flash in boot mode. I order MPPS V18.

Very disapointing when you got a lot of offficial tool like flex x17 genius trasdata who not cover this old school ecu.

Ok you said that galetto cover that kind of ecu so weird
