A friend had his MB star C4 interface stolen 


Shortly after, a person offers to sell him one...


Strange coincidence...


Is there a way to know if this interface was his ?


knowing that he still has xentry installed in his computer.


There may be a serial number written in a config or other file.

If he did not change the serial number or it is original, he will have one of the typical ones that are always used and it does not mean anything.

I guess the only way to know if it's yours is to see it, I'd pick mine out of a million.

Thank you , but ihe didnt use it a lot, so he couldnt be sure if its his unit or not lol

You can check the serial number that your multiplexer had on the computer where he used it, but it is most likely one of the "universal" ones.
