HPorshe  Boxster 986 instrument cluster. segment display to dot matrix
Hello.
I want to upgrade my instrument cluster to dot matrix display.
I have a 2003 facelift BoxsterS.
Because the first owner hasn't ordered OBC or PCM2 the 986 has the segment display. 
I asked myself if it's possible to upgrade the PCBs to the dot matrix display. 
It's much cheaper to buy an used spare cluster that's similar to my car. 
Because it's a BoxsterS with Tiptronic I can't find an exact matching type. 
What do you guys think? Is it possible?
