Exhaust gas pressure, where is it?
Hi everyone,

I am getting 2 errors on ISTA.
245400 - Particulate filter system: minimum differential pressure undershot
25C800 - Exhaust back pressure sensor upstream of diesel particulate filter: Sensor drift outside tolerance

After checking some more saw that the exhaust gas pressure before diesel particulate filter has lower values than the other sensors, when it should be +/- 20 hPa max deviation and mine is around -50 deviation ...
Not sure which sensor I need to buy. Can somebody please help me out and tell me what number is from realoem?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

RE: Exhaust gas pressure, where is it?
Don't know what diagram is that but it is not FOR THE VIN in diagnosis picture. Part # for the sensor in question and VIN as in first picture is 13627805152.

That said FIRST CHECK if the thin pipe going to and current sensor itself are NOT clogged with soot.

I was in a different place smile So 13627805152 is the one before DPF. Thank you so much. Really helpful. Now I struggle to find it in NewTIS.
Really helpful as always, thanks

RE: Exhaust gas pressure, where is it?
Just look at the car. Find the top of DPF. Follow the pipe. It will be towards the top of an engine mounted on it's side.
