Wrong rain sensor after installing HUD ?!?!
Hi,

Recently installed HUD and HK on my F31.
Everything is perfectly fine, only issue is that in ISTA it appears that I have the wrong rain sensor installed.
Any way to fix this?
Thanks

You can fix it, by changing the sensor. Check ETK for p/n.

You can fix it in two ways, by modifying rain-light sensor (RLS) type in FEM or changing RLS itself. The first option isn't the proper way since there will be some issues with HUD auto-brightness feature.

I just did last night and saw this as well. I will have to change the windscreen as well, although, my windscreen is showing HUD perfectly.

My current brightness is at minimum right now and is very visible during the day, with normal windscreen, not HUD one. But will replace it as well with the windscreen.

There are several P/Ns with or without humidity sensor for instance. Check if you ordered the correct one

It can be a bit too visible when you drive in to the underground parking or tunnel
