Mine is clone Icom A2 firm 03.14.03. I made clean installation windows 7@64 installed Standalone Ista 4.22.13 ....all necesary stuff...framework, vcredit, etc ....also set up "static ip"
with old Ista-D / Ista-P versions works fine, ....maybe I have to update Icomfirmware?
Do some extra lan configuration on laptop? ....change something on registry?

In your LAN network card set IPv4 as static:

192.168.68.99
Mask: 255.255.255.0

As interface in ISTA choose "ICOM /ENET local area network"

Thanks mate! I did it and try to connect...now previous error does not appear but seems that Icom is busy and no way to diagnose. See atachment:

You did something wrong because ip should be 
192.168.68.99


Did you choose in ista ICOM /ENET local area network?

Disconnect ICOM and reboot the computer.

Edited Ip adress and now is visible, also disabled firewall and now seems that connection is stablished with Icom but still an error "can't detect Pad active" and no way to diagnose.

I realized that iTool Radar says "vci Unsupported" ....maybe old firmware?

The ICOM firmware is okay no need to update. The car battery voltage is low you must connect battery charger and try it again.
