RE: ACC not working after I-Level update F10 LCI
And what was the DDE fault??? Why do you think only ACC faults can cause it to disengage??? Post ALL THE FAULTS in your car.

sorry if I did not explain it enough (English isn´t my native language).
What I meant was that no fault appeared which could concern the ACC/FRR01. I don´t think only ACC faults can cause this failure, I know that there are more ECUs involved!

The faults which appeared, I already know and had appeared before (months ago) and the DPF fault is because I need to clean or change the DPF...  that´s why I did not mention them.

Anyway I will post them after reading out today afternoon, so you can check on your own, but I am 100% sure these faults have nothing to do with the ACC failure.

UPDATE: attached the screenshot of the faults, please check and inform me if there is something correlating with ACC/FRR

RE: ACC not working after I-Level update F10 LCI
So another update...

After very helpful user @user_530d helped me by TeamViewer (with many things) we also checked correct coding and also programmed it again. Everything seems to be/work fine.

Only after checking ACC ECU functions we notied that the correction angle value could be abnormal:

-ACC correction angle horizontal: -0,12°
-ACC correction angle vertical: -3,11°

According to @user_530d both values should be round about 0,0° after calibration. So that means that it is a high chance that the calibration will solve the problem.

I am now going to check a few workshops in my area if I can get it done cheaper and afterwards give an update if the calibration solved the problem.

Get a 60cm by 60 cm mirror i can remotely do the calibration. PM me!

Maybe KAFAS was changed and they put Fake FSC that’s why you have Collision warning error about ACC you must need to calibrate it to the dealer, check FSC in KAFAS if they are already enabled or nope

RE: ACC not working after I-Level update F10 LCI
All KAFAS FSC's are "accepted" and working.
Error comes from radar collision warning, not from KAFAS.

Are you sure? I only have a "gravel road" (not 100% even ground) at my house where I could place the mirror and also have Wifi.

Since this is safety corrolated (collission warning, brake assisst, ...) I am a bit concerned.
Anyway I made wheel aligment and track adjustment just to weeks ago in workshop so the car axis/wheels/etc should be set fine to do this. Only need to calibrate now, but as said the ground is not completely even...

Would you still think it is possible?
And is there an option to test it afterwards if it fully works without problems?

Thanks in advance.

Like @user_530d already answered all KAFAS FSC are accepted and working. Also KAFAS was OEM option delivered with car.
I once let the workshop change my windshield about 1 year ago but the KAFAS stayed the same (only new "gel" or what it´s called), so there should be no problem.

RE: ACC not working after I-Level update F10 LCI
If the ground is not even then u need to make ur mirror vertically at whatever the angle car has. And in horizontally parallel to the car. You just need to know how much angle ur car sitting at. As much as the mirror and the ACC sensor parallel to each other at 90 degree signal will be sending the correct wave at correct angle. It is your call. I can charge alot less than any of ur people. I have 17 X5M with 5AT and 5AR so i am quiet familiar with the ACC process.
