You don't need checksums for immo-off. You do need to code it with NCS Expert, ISTA/P, Autel or alike since you also cleared the coding.
By the way, you also cleared the first  byte of the VIN. (0x8000)

Here is a tested immo-off method (write with GQ4X) and a virgin with the VIN byte still there.
