vcds HEX-V2 device locked fix

ZVW  vcds HEX-V2 device locked fix
Hi
need urgent help please
I have an interface vcds HEX-V2 with real STM32F405 that had been working for months
then appeared message : illeagal device, the device is locked
I tried without loader and different verision of loader old and new but the message is still there
Any help is appreciated

You must install an older or newer version of VII PLUS LOADER and update the FW on the device. And then go back to your FW version or leave a newer one.

I have tried too many old version but unfortunately the same
do you have any specific version?

you need to uninstall from control panel.. turn internet off, defender off, antivirus off install old version, update firmware ..
or try this.. 
  Vcds vag-com 22.3 + Loader Free (cartechnology.co.uk)

I used the loader to flash but same result
if you know another way to flash firmware please help

Open Vcds.. possible to have stm 415 which you can't update

if it is 405 then uninstall all vcds, delete folders, clean registry, internet off and use an older loader to downgrade and will work.
