Opel vectra C, 2.2DTI, throttle control valve off
Hi
As I mentioned, got opel vectra C, 2.2dti, 2004, PSG16 CAN with throttle valve problems and limp mode, key spanner in cluster.. Got two faults codes; P0638-07 electronic throttle sensor circuit high input P0638-5A throttle control circuit negative deviation I opened throttle position sensor and resolder cracked pins, now the first fault was gone, but the second is still present only with driving downhill, also if I accelarate near 1800rpm, the flap closes and openes every second.. The new throttle actuator flap is too expensive, half price od the car value  My question is, is it possible to permanent dissable throttle valve actuator and limp mode on this PSG16 pump ecu? Thankyou

Are you sure that is possible to made tva (elobau), throttle valve off on this ecu?

Hi
Problem solved, read and writte with mpps V18 (Can H(green wire pin18) and Can L(whitte wire pin 17)) on big connector between engine and transmission. Writting takes 5min. In attachment ori read and tva, dtc and egr off file Tva connector must be unpluged. The car has no limp mode anymore, no repair key on display, no fault codes. |
