hi
in dealerportal there is information : "Shutdown of dealer portal frontend: ""By March 31, 2022 the frontend of the dealer portal will be shutdown for importers and their associated partners. From this date, access to applications will only be possible via the Group Retail Portal. Please ensure in cooperation with your local administrator that you have access to the Group Retail Portal and that the linking of your GRP user account with your Dealer Portal user account has been carried out."" anybody knows how its gona be with independents ? accounts gona be migrated to new portal or must create new one ? |

Hi. The Portal exist after 31.03. but the Login screen is removed. So you must Login on grp and than click on Elsa, make Totp auth and you are on Elsa. Elsa it on the same URL (Portal.cp....)

Create new guid for grp. Connect old Dealer Login with new grp. Create Totp auth for your grp and ready. Normaly this things make the Administrator at your Dealer workshop Best regards Oetzy90 |

I can confirm oetzy90's explanation - you have to create a new GRP account then pair it with your old account. If in doubt contact you local VW importer, they are there to help you - your are and independent but legal user so it's their job to help you out.
