Hello, somebody have problem with GlobalTis 32 - when go to sps programming select mdi1 interface and hit next pops error e4402:Cannot initialize selected device . Sorry for bad english

What software version GM MDI manager do you have?
What software version is written in the MDI?
Do you connect with USB or wifi?

Manager and mdi is the latest version, usb connection

That errors show up when the MDI hasn't the latest firmware coresponding with the GM Manager and in this situation the HlobalTis do not communicate with the GM MDI.
So first of all plug the MDI to the car and to tge Computer USB.
- Start GM MDI Manager and push button "Connect".
- Check if there's any connection. ( You can Page it to be sure )
- If yes then push the button "Disconnect"
- Close the GM MDI Manager
- Start GlobalTis and go to the SPS Programming and do the steps that it needs to connect to the car and do SPS Programming.
If your MDI is not seen in the Manager that means that the driver wasn't installed.
If the it shows "UPDATE" then you have to proceed to uodate your GM MDI
To be sure that everythibgs will work well put the GM MDI in the "factory mode" and proceed to Update.
If the car is OPEL/VAUXHALL up to 2011-2012 you should have a connection to the car GlobalTis SPS Programming.

Hello, mattydr67 i waiting fot your answer No problem with connection (car is Vectra C GTS 2.2DTI 2003) Tech2win works good. When go to MDI Manager and test connection no problem, version is 8.5.33.78 ands says PC and software are compatible. I read for some problems with connection to car before 2008 ... and its says its need slow speed of communication. Bulletin No.: PI0592D 20.05.2016

Mate if you are able to connect to the car using Tech2win then why you are thinking that it needs slow speed comunication.
Tech2win and GM MDI repaced 100% Tech2 hand held at least for all Opel/Vauxhall car made by GM.
Vectra C PSG16 (2003) ecu I have it at my bench and I tested many times SPS Programming using GlobalTis or Tis2web online using a GM MDI but I did it in dozen cars.
So that's why I am thinking that the issue comes because of the communication between the GM MDI and GlobalTis or GlobalTis and the car.
