I´m trying the reset the mileage from e60 cluster with codiprog, but I can´t write anything beside FF FF  in the first lines, I´ve tried to write a lower mileage, nothing works.


What else can I do? Does the car accept FF for mileage, never tried before? Only with 00. Setting VIN to FF worked fine.

Attached are picture with trying to write 00, and after reading he didn´t change it.

no mate.. FFF is diferent value and u will get 9999... on dash.. you need to use erase function first on that chip before put lower value , wich I dont think is supported on codyprog especialy if its v6 one

At least they say it is supported on their site, so I´m hoping to get it done somehow :\ (fast erase doesn´t work btw)

try use other chip than .. maybe this one corupted already

Codiprog is hit and miss on erase increment area
i have 2 codiprogs and dont work properly

better try another programmer

for few times in year r270 yust fine , only be carful on quality if u find good one it will erase all tipes of 35080/160 

for original tool take vvdiprog with 35160 adapter is perfect too

... was a bit pain in the ass, but after several trys and different "program voltages" settings I could get it write the 00 00, thanks anyways
