I must change only rack motor in my EPS. EPS has number 32106883539



I bought a second only rack motor. i need to set the correct angle of the motor and EPS. Do you have any tutorial? Any diagram?

Blindly inserting the motor causes angle errors, or when the ignition is switched on, the steering wheel spins and strikes

Has someone managed to change only the damaged motor and set the correct angle?

changed the engine, uploaded CAFD, and there is a problem, the steering wheel is spinning by itself

its not problem with angle of motor. It is a RHD <-> LHD problem. You can not swap RHD motor to LHD rack.

Always best solution is to replace the complete rack. I know it's more expensive, but why is somebody selling only motor ? because is RHD or it's from the rack after the crash (broken). Very often in ecu after crash are errors , and it's not repairable for this moment.

If you have access to ZF parts data maybe you could find it there. I just search on the internet. Sometimes you can find it by number and it either tells you which (LHD/RHD) car it is from or gives a VIN of a car it is from.

0273010172, 7806079540 is DEFINITELY RHD. There is plenty of data on that.

P.S. You must be incredibly lucky to find just a LHD motor IMHO.
