Which pin i need to short on the diagnostic socket for ECU AND IMMO box paring/synchronizing ??

4 and 13 for 40 minutes

no my friend ,OBD 2 can do this as you said , but on 23 pin diagnostic socket the old ones is different year 1996 MODEL
