I cannot find anywhere a part number for the cable that goes between the camera and the second cable that goes to the Nivi ECU

The cable to the camera is in 2 parts and is connected between these connections

ECU A80*2B >>> X4*1B >>> Camera A81*1B

I have the part number for the cable between A80*2B >>> X4*1B

I need the part number for the one between X4*1B >>> A81*1B

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm doing a retrofit for surround view cameras and it's difficult to find the harnesses. 

In RealOEM, I poured over all the vehicle wiring diagrams and there was a detail for camera network, I found most of them in that diagram.  Can you share the vehicle you're trying to find it for?

Same cables are missing from me

I looked at the diagrams for other models/years and it looks like they are using the same connectors/modules across those models.  It actually looks like the same wiring diagrams.  If you look at a G07, it's the same as the diagram in your original post, the wires are in different positions in the connector but same color and connector numbers.  The RealOEM diagrams for the G07 shows the harness for the night vision camera. With driving assistance plus and NIVI, 61129825143. With just NIVI, 61129825145.

Best case, the harness is the same, just need to move the pins to the correct position prior to installing.

Worst case, you could disassemble the harness and get the connectors and wires that you need and add them to the existing harness.

Another option is to build your own.  I did an ACC retrofit on an F10 and I built the harnesses, most, if not all of the connectors/contacts were MQS and easily sourced.
