Ms54.1 is have bad software I believe had same problem when purchased car it had bad PVC I installed oil catch can but engine will getting in limp mode close to 3k rpm no errors, after charging many parts somehow I have find that my cats are clogged
Have e60 m54 3.0 engine manual transmission never fixed hesitation around 3-4k rpm
