Ford Mustang GT 2010

Full wire harness has been changed. Now has PATS error and will not crank ( no power going to the starter). Starter and relays are physically good. It seems the IMMO is on. Ordered exact key from dealer with same result. PCM communicates with Autel (a $3K tool) Diagnostic but cannot clear PATS error/s or deal with it. NEED your help what should be done and also point us to other diagnostic software/s from Ford or 3rd party that will deal with this problem. Trying to configure  Ford IDS now to solve this issue hope IDS has the answer. Thanks

Why was the harness changed. You need two keys for relearn on Ford and you must do a parameter reset within pats functions.

it was wreck. please be specific what 2 keys needed. we have the original ignition key. on the PATS what kind of computer program for FORD that will do that? We have the latest AUTEL but it seems has limited functions. Thanks

With Autel, access vehicle and from main page go Service-->Body-->Security-->PATS Functions. Wait the 10 minutes then do Parameter Reset. If the code is still unclearable try to erase & relearn keys then do parameter reset in PATS functions.
