Odis e and s connection problem
Hi mates im going nuts with odis to get it working
...
I have installed everything like description but still can not connect to car with usb drivers are installed and edic sees the cable and it saying that it is connected and active.
But when connect to car can not connect to the vas5054a clone

Odis s 7.2.1
Odis e 12.2
Win10 64bit

Would be very thankful for help.

hi, use Fantomel patch..  ODIS Service 7.2.1 + Activations (cartechnology.co.uk)

I have used it..its not activation problem its something with connection or driver

Hi

Check the installed pdu folder like this: "c:\Program Files (x86)\Softing\D-PDU API\1.20.042\VeCom" . Do you find a protocol.dll file there?
If there is, change ODIS log level to debug and try to connect then with car. Put here the odis logs to see what is happening there.

Hey, if anyone is having problems with ODIS S or ODIS E on windows 10 win VAS5054, I will share what has worked for me.

go into Fantomel's ODIS 7.2.1 thread (https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=58980)

In the mega.nz folder there is a RAR file called "W10 Universal Install VAS505x", follow the instructions and VAS5054 should work on Windows 10.
