the first thing we should do is to restore this ecu to original state because the entire DTC table is deleted. After this should find what is wrong with the car so the max rpm is 3000 and then we can remove the speed limit

ok file upload,the car now reported error P1400-P1408-P2511-P2078
the car is in recovery 3000 rpm
the DPF has already been emptied
egr actuator and dpf differential sensor are broken
