Im opening this thread for people which have CGDI FC200 programmer to post successfully and failed jobs with this tool.

Also you can post pro and cons opinion about this programmer, it will help people which plans to buy this tool for small jobs like ecu backup and cloning or other stuff.

It is not an very expensive tool for a newbie and small workshop.

I bought this device. I certainly couldn't even use it in a car. I had constant checksum problems with files. I couldn't do the online verification for 7 months. No one helped me, even though I sent a message to tech support many times. I couldn't use the device for about 8 months. They kept me busy until the device's update period was over. They kept telling me to wait for new software to come out. I am now looking into ways to return the device. Absolutely do not buy. It doesn't work. I can post messages here.

Mhh i had no problems at all with activation - verification.
Same with online checksums.

Write and read speed at bench/boot is awesome.

Only negative thing is that the eeprom file has an offset and you cant write files from another programmer without changing the filename to a FC-200 Syntax
