Hello!
Does anyone know if there is a possibility to code from (US) red turn signal color to (EU) amber turn signal color? Or do I have to replace the lights completely?

This is a bmw F92 2019.

I've done the same on my 2019 G15 (M850i vs. your M8) which is similar when I moved to Europe from Canada. I had to order the required ECE tail lights and ECE lighting control on the dash and install. Mine required moving two wires to a different pin location on the connector. As the ECE one has rear fogs, wires were ran to connect those as well. You will need to verify your wiring diagrams comparing the ECE one to US. I then coded BDC_BODY(3) from the US/Canada Typeschlussel xxx3 to xxx1. PM me and I can provide more detail if you like.
