We have read the CAYB (unlocked) via obd using Flex slave. 
The output is .mmf file can I send it to a tuner to edit the file or does the person that bought the flex slave has to send it to his MASTER to decrypt the file then send back the bin to him, so I could send the file to be tuned, then return back the tuned file to his master to encrypt it so we can flash it?

If someone can look at the file and at least tell me what has been done to the car since the ECU was in unlocked state.
Was the EGR turned off or remap stage 1?

What's your experience do masters charge to decrypt ?

So Im correct send this file to master, he decrypts it.
He returns the .bin
I send the bin to tuner
Tuner sends me back the modified .bin file
I send the file to master to encrypt, he retruns the file
We flash it via Flex slave ?

the theory is ok but no master will do, he will charge for a tuned file anyway
