Finally. All along it was a starter issue.  I had manually supplied voltage to solenoid, car cranked but did not start so I assumed it was something else. Crazy Now I try figure the initial problem, stiff steering. Do these need programming? Power steering motor+rack was replaced with used rack so I believe it must be programmed.

I have attached the diagnosis. I cant see a ton of ecus. Any ideas. Using opcom with v1.67 firmware.

And I am wondering if there is possibility of remote programming for this car? Would be interested in getting someone who can do this if at all possible.

The Powersteering Ecu's have to be programmed. At least to archive an Matching CAN_Bus config. Do you have anything to diag Opel/Vauxhall cars? Like OP-COM (Have you ever coded something, is it good quality?) or an Bosch MDI ?

Or maybe an J2534 Interface? (than you could programm this stuff with SPS)

If there is an Remote Programming solution... I dont know. But I think you maybe need such an interface more than once... So from the ones told above, I would recommend you an MDI 1 Clone.

Because with that you can use Tech2Win and SPS and you can use it nearly on every other car because it is also an J2534 Interface. This would be the best Price/Use ration

Oh and before you do anything... CLEAR ALL DTC of ALL ecus. Because after your problemsearching, you will have multiple stored codes that are not present anymore.

So first do an full clear of DTC than start the car let it run a bit (or drive if possible) and after that make an readout again.

The Fuse F1UA (as you said the F1 enginebay) has B+ on one side and goes directly to the gearbox ecu "Connector X1 pin1" (which is mounted on top of the gearbox)

So if you pull the fuse and you have 0 Voltage on both Fuse-Pins, it would mean that there is B+ missing.

Have you checked the BIG Fuses mounted on the battery?

And just to be sure... is the Battery charged enough? Because the Technical Information says, that the BCM in this car has an undervolt check and will refuse zu turn on the bcm module etc. If it has more than about 11,6 V it should not matter.

I managed to solve my problem with this car and it is now running fine. Had to get a used EPS reprogrammed to work with the car and that was another story.

Where do you get this guided diagnosis? I dont see it in GDS2.
