Hello , Vectra C 2004 AFL Light problems:

After doing some suspension work now the car when you first turn on lights, it does the auto-align movement to the sides, but not anymore up and down.

Already they changed height level sensor. No Dtc faults in
Afl module.

They tell me before it also moved up and down doing the auto alignment, the first time you turn on the lights. Any tips ? Thank you

Probably needs tech2 calibration.

What suspension work exactly?

Have you tried to disconnect the battery over night? This clears all "caches" and non permanent saved parameter. (you have to relearn your electrical windows afterwards)

Try to calibrate your steering angle-sensor. Just start your car and turn the steering wheel from left to right 2-3 times (always from endstop to endstop)

You could also try to move the level sensor manually and see if your headlights are doing something.

Its quite strange that after suspension work, this should not work anymore... because the calibration happens or not. I never saw an "half calibration"
