Can't patch NBT with USB patch

Can't patch NBT with USB patch
I reprogrammed whole NBT (US version) to newest I-level to clear any existing patches.

And now I try to patch the NBT, but it doesn't want to accept the patch from HuTool 2.6, because there is no second restart and it doesn't accept custom FSC.
USB is fine, I tried with music.

I used SWT job in tool32 to virginize it, but it makes no difference. 
I activated some NBTs at the past and never had such problem.

Does anyone know what might be the issue?
Only BMW services:

Remote coding/programming - E, F, G serie
HDD change, Carplay, Screen mirroring activation
FSC pack - CIC, NBT, NBT EVO, ENTRYNAV2, MGU, KAFAS
Remote reset 8HP ISN F serie
ELV disable for CAS3, 3+

Hello, check if SSH is Open.
Have similar problem and after close SSH Patch accept.

I have no fault about SSH being opened and additionally I can't connect on port 22, so I assume that SSH is closed

It happened to my once. 
I only managed to apply patch using ssh, and copy files from USB.

HuTool 2,6 describes everything, you need a good patch, not made with crappy cracked tools.
MGU Patching/Virginizing.
Feature Installer codes.
Physical NBT EVO Repairs.
CarPlay activations.
Remote BMW Coding.

It's apparently not about type of patch, because even patch from original tools like HU or engineering tool is not working. Additionally I can't open SSH by patch, because it's also not accepted, so I can't patch the HU by SSH.

Which ssh patch didi you use? From hu tool 2.6?
