Ista 34.4x connection
Hi Guys,
hope everyone is well. I have recently installed ISTA-D 34.4X and am having an issue with it. The software launches fine, however when i open the connection manager, i select my ICOM i am unable to click on 'Setup connection' Before selecting the ICOM from the list, the 'Setup connection' button is greyed out, however when i select the ICOM, the busson becomes available, but nothing happens when i click on it. i have closed ista, re opened it, shutdown and restrtated. reconnected the icom several times. Is there a bug in this version or am i missing something? the attached IS NOT my ista photo, i found this on Google just as an example, my ista is set to ICOM not ENET. the button at the bottom has black text just like my ista but i cannot press it. Any help would be amazing. Thank you all |

You can choose it in ista under the key right upper corner and choose boordinterface...

Vehicle interface is setup right. Do you use original icom and newest firmware?
Can you see icom in itoolradar? |

Post pic of - your - icom selection manager. I had this issue also and noticed that the icom status was Firmware. The newer ista requires the ICOM firmware to be updated, as already mentioned before! After succesfully updating, the status goes from firmware to Free and you can setup the connecting without any issues.
Oh and run the .msi that is supplied within that folder. Can't be easier. |
